Equality, Diversity & CSR Intensive Program (5 Sessions · 3 Hours Each)

An inclusive and rights-based corporate training program designed to help organisations create respectful, equitable, and psychologically safe workplace cultures. Through experiential learning, reflective exercises, and real-world case studies, participants explore diversity, unconscious bias, gender norms, LGBTQ+ inclusion, and inclusive communication practices.

Aligned with the Equality Act 2010 and the Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED), the program equips teams and leaders with practical tools to strengthen collaboration, wellbeing, inclusive leadership, and long-term organisational responsibility through diversity and CSR integration.

• Nature of Service: This service is provided as professional coaching support and guidance. It does not constitute psychological therapy, medical treatment, or legal advice.
• Confidentiality: All information shared during sessions will be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with UK GDPR, except where disclosure is required by law or in cases of serious risk to life or safety.
• Professional Boundaries: Any inappropriate behavior, including romantic or sexual conduct, will result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
• Intellectual Property: All materials, tools, exercises, and methodologies shared during the sessions remain the exclusive property of the coach and may not be reproduced or distributed.
• Client Eligibility: Clients must be at least 18 years old. Minors may only participate with explicit parental or legal guardian consent.
• Agreement Acceptance: By proceeding with the booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted the full Service Agreement (please refer to the service agreement page).
• No Guaranteed Results: No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed. The client remains fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.
• Right to Refuse Service: The coach reserves the right to decline or discontinue services in cases of professional incompatibility or ethical concerns, in order to maintain the integrity of the coaching process.
