Communicating and Mediating Desire is a 3-session couples package designed to help partners compare desires without conflict, build empathy, and develop healthier ways to communicate about intimacy. Through personal desire maps, dialogue techniques, simulations, and a couple plan, couples learn practical tools for negotiating differences in desire over time. This package supports more open conversations, less frustration and silence, and a more respectful, constructive approach to desire within the relationship. Designed for adults aged 18+ who are willing to engage with respect and confidentiality.
Expert Licence
- First-level master’s degree in Sexology Counseling — University of Turin and Higher School of Sexology of Turin
- Bachelor’s degree in Professional Education — University of Turin, Savigliano campus
- Registration with the register of Professional Educators, FNO TSRM and PSTRP, and registration with the FISS register of sexology consultants
- Experience in sexual education, experiential workshops, individual and couple counseling, and corporate training on well-being and inclusivity
- Professional liability insurance for work as an educator

Session Scope: This session provides guidance and does not constitute long-term therapy unless later agreed upon.
Expert Delivery: Every session is conducted personally by Alessio Cottonaro.

DEOPIARCA Path: 5 Sessions
The DEOPIARCA Path: 5 Meetings is a structured biweekly package for individuals or couples who want to go deeper into understanding a sexual problem and receive a personalized plan. Using the DEOPIARCA methodology, the path focuses on assessment, building the therapeutic relationship, analyzing the causes, identifying practical strategies, and integrating a future plan. Across five 60-minute sessions, clients can work toward understanding the root of the problem, gaining tools to act, and developing greater sexual serenity, with the option to involve a partner in one session. Materials include a PDF on erotic function, anamnesis forms, and a summary report of the path.
