A six-session sex therapy program designed to help you reconnect with pleasure and desire through a warm, non-judgmental, evidence-based approach.

Across six structured sessions, we clarify what is shaping your desire, explore psychological, relational, and body-based factors, and build practical tools to increase safety, presence, and enjoyment.

Each session includes clear goals, guided mind–body exercises, and simple at-home practices to strengthen self-trust, communication, and a more sustainable, satisfying sexual wellbeing.

The Roadmap

• Session 1: Assessment & understanding triggers
• Session 2: Education and building awareness
• Sessions 3–4: Habit transformation, coping tools, and long-term strategy
• Session 5: Mind-body experiences
• Session 6: Build a personalized plan

Expected Outcome

The expected outcome is not just “more sex” or “higher desire,” but a healthier, more flexible, and more embodied relationship to sexuality—where pleasure, safety, and connection become more accessible and self-directed.

Expert Level

All sessions delivered by the main expert. Humanistic-Gestalt + experiential psycho-corporal dynamics + ACT + Narrative/Systemic approaches.

• Adolescents and adults
• No previous package required
• Partner attendance is optional, not mandatory
