What this session is
Adolescence is a stage filled with physical, emotional, and social changes. During this period, teenagers often experience conflicts related to identity, sexuality, independence from parents, peer influence, academic pressure, new responsibilities, and future life goals.
Many adolescents also face challenges connected to social media, peer pressure, affective relationships, risky behaviors, drug and alcohol exposure, anxiety, depression, shyness, and self-esteem issues. These experiences can create tension within the family, friendships, and within themselves.
This individual therapy session provides a safe, supportive, and confidential environment where adolescents can openly express their thoughts and emotions while developing healthier coping strategies, emotional balance, and self-confidence. Professional guidance helps them navigate this important transition into adulthood with greater clarity and resilience.
