Before you book

This is not emergency care.

It is an online psychological and educational support service, not medical care and not emergency psychiatric treatment. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country — nobody here can answer in time.

  • Strictly professional. Inappropriate or sexually explicit behaviour ends the session immediately, with no refund.
  • Confidential. Everything discussed is handled under professional ethical standards and the platform privacy policy.
  • Adults only. Booking confirms you are at least 18 years old.
  • One professional, start to finish. The session is held by the expert named on this page; it is never reassigned without your agreement.
Booking confirms you accept the full service agreement. It is two pages and worth the two minutes.

  • Informed Consent: By booking, you agree to attend on time and provide accurate information.

  • Session Scope: This session provides guidance and does not constitute long-term therapy unless later agreed upon.

  • Expert Delivery: Every session is conducted personally by Alessio Cottonaro.
