The Self-Acceptance Journey - 6 Session Bundle

A six-session sex therapy program designed for adults and adolescents to support the exploration and understanding of their gender identity and sexual orientation.

The program provides a safe, affirming space to reflect on personal experiences, address stigma and internalized beliefs related to sexual diversity, and challenge common myths through evidence-based education.

Through guided reflection and therapeutic dialogue, participants are supported in developing self-acceptance, emotional well-being, and coherence in their identity.

The overall goal is to foster personal growth, empowerment, and a sense of harmony in relation to one’s gender identity and sexual orientation.

The Roadmap

• Session 1: Creating a Safe Space and Initial Assessment
• Sessions 2–3: Stigma, Shame, and Internalized Beliefs
• Sessions 4–5: Personal Exploration and Identity
• Session 6: Integration, Well-being, and Future Planning

Expected Outcome

By the end of this program, clients will:

• Greater ability to process and regulate emotions

• Improved capacity to build and maintain respectful, supportive, and authentic relationships with others

Expert Level

All sessions delivered by the main expert. Humanistic-Gestalt + experiential psycho-corporal dynamics + ACT + Narrative/Systemic approaches.

• No previous package required
