What this session is

The Relationship & Communication Program is an 11-session structured pathway designed to improve how you interact with others in both personal and professional contexts.

This program focuses on identifying relational patterns, improving emotional awareness, and developing clear, assertive communication. It is ideal for individuals who experience conflict, misunderstandings, or difficulty expressing needs and boundaries.

Through guided exercises and practical application, you will learn how to communicate more effectively, reduce emotional stress, and build healthier, more balanced relationships.

Moving a session is not a cancellation: reschedule more than 12 hours ahead as often as you need, at no charge.
