What this session is
This specialized therapy program is designed to provide ongoing emotional support and deeper therapeutic work throughout the adolescent journey. Through a structured series of sessions, adolescents receive continuous guidance to better manage emotional struggles, family conflicts, social pressures, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, shyness, and other challenges common during this stage of life.
The program also focuses on helping adolescents build emotional awareness, strengthen communication skills, improve decision-making, and develop healthier relationships with family, friends, and themselves. Consistent therapy sessions allow for greater progress, trust, and long-term emotional growth.
