The Self & Relationship Insight Program, also known as the Purple Program, is a structured 4-session journey designed for individuals who feel "stuck" in repeating emotional reactions or relational difficulties. Delivered by licensed psychologist Adamantia Antoniou, this program focuses on deep self-exploration within the context of your connections. By moving from initial awareness to the integration of new insights, you will develop a clearer understanding of your personal needs, boundaries, and the patterns that define your interpersonal life.
