What this session is

This 3-session program is designed to support individuals in reconnecting with their body, desire, and personal experience of pleasure in a conscious and respectful way.

It is ideal for those who feel disconnected from their sexuality, experience difficulty with desire or enjoyment, or wish to explore their pleasure without pressure or judgment.

Sessions are conducted in Spanish.

The Roadmap

  • Session 1: Exploration of personal history, beliefs, and relationship with pleasure
  • Session 2: Body awareness, emotional connection, and understanding desire
  • Session 3: Integration, tools, and building a sustainable connection with pleasure
