Therapy, without the directory

Find someone you can actually talk to

Licensed practitioners and accredited coaches, each one showing the country they are regulated in and the languages they work in. You book, you pay, you talk — in one place, with your notes encrypted and every reading of them recorded.

Choose from a wide range of specialties

Find care for whatever is on your mind.

The shelves sessions are actually on. Pick one and the sessions list opens filtered to it — and a category with nothing on it is not offered here, because a chip that led to an empty page would read as the marketplace being empty.

Explore sessions by what they work on

Why us

A directory ranks whoever paid. We do not have a ranking.

Four things we decided at the start, and will not quietly change later.

01

Nobody buys a better position

There is no sponsored slot and no promoted tier. The order you see is not for sale, so the first therapist on the page is not the one who paid most.

02

You can check the credential

Every profile names the country the practitioner is regulated in and the languages they work in, so the two questions that decide a first session are answered before you write to anybody.

03

Your notes are closed by default

Clinical documents are encrypted one by one, and every time one is opened it is written to a log nobody can edit. Being an administrator grants nothing by itself.

04

You know the terms before you book

The cancellation policy is on the booking page, in bands you can read — not in a message after you have had to cancel.

Find the right therapist

The right person, not the nearest available one.

Three ways in, depending on how much you already know about what you are looking for.

1

Narrow it down

Filter by the language you want to be understood in, the country the practitioner is regulated in, and what they work with. Then read the profiles rather than a rank.

Search the list →
2

Tell us what is going on

If a filter is the wrong tool — and it often is — say what you are dealing with in your own words and we will come back with people who fit, in the language you asked for.

Ask us to suggest someone →
3

Start without committing

Sessions are bought as credits, so a first conversation does not have to be a course of treatment. If the fit is wrong, you have not bought six of them.

No waiting list, no catchment area

Find a therapist anywhere, in any language.

Sessions happen online, so where you live decides very little. What it does decide is the language you want to be understood in, and which register your therapist is held to.

By country

Where the practitioner is regulated — the register that can be checked, and that can be complained to.

By language

The language your therapist works in — which is not the language this website is in.

For therapists

The practice runs itself. You do the hour.

Listing here is not a lead-generation subscription with software bolted on. It is the software, and the clients are the part we only charge for when we actually bring them.

Talk to us about joining
  • A diary that fills itself. Your own booking page, real availability, your cancellation policy applied without an argument, and reminders that go out whether or not you remembered to send them.
  • Paid before you start. Payment links, packages and credits, with the invoice raised from the booking rather than typed again afterwards.
  • Notes you are not afraid to write. Encrypted clinical records, your own templates, and an access log that says who opened what.
  • Plans, goals and measures. A course of care with a plan behind it, scored questionnaires kept with the version that produced them, so a trend means something.
  • Your clients stay yours. We take a share of the clients we introduce. Never of the ones you brought with you.
