This coaching program offers a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space to support you in a process of deep self-discovery, exploring wellbeing, sexuality, relationships, and your relationship with yourself. Over six or ten sessions, we will work with your values, identities, internal resources, and skills to clarify objectives, create conscious change, and begin consolidating habits that enhance your life and your relationships.

Depending on your goal and what you want to work on, these sessions can allow you to make significant progress and, in some cases, even achieve the proposed objective, taking concrete steps toward the changes you wish to integrate into your life. Each session will help you connect with your emotions, recognize your real needs, and guide decisions and actions toward a more coherent, authentic, and fulfilling life.

This program guides you step by step through a process of personal transformation, with follow-up support between sessions and personalized materials that reinforce your practice and learning, ensuring each session has a real and lasting impact.

This program provides a step-by-step path to personal transformation:

  • Session 1: Clarification of the challenge or transition to work on, initial exploration of emotions, relationships, sexuality, values, and identities; identification of internal resources and potential obstacles.
  • Sessions 2 to 5 (or 2 to 9): Deepening understanding of emotional, relational, and behavioral patterns; developing skills and strategies to address challenges; guidance in defining and monitoring goals; practical exercises and reflections to foster conscious change and begin consolidating new habits.
  • Final Session: Integration of learnings and resources, review of progress, and guidance on next steps to continue the process independently or with ongoing support.

Package Service Agreement:

By booking this session, the client enters into a professional agreement governed by the following terms:
  • Nature of Service: This service is provided as professional coaching support and guidance. It does not constitute psychological therapy, medical treatment, or legal advice.
  • Confidentiality: All information shared during sessions will be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with UK GDPR, except where disclosure is required by law or in cases of serious risk to life or safety.
  • Professional Boundaries: Any inappropriate behavior, including romantic or sexual conduct, will result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
  • Intellectual Property: All materials, tools, exercises, and methodologies shared during the sessions remain the exclusive property of the coach and may not be reproduced or distributed.
  • Client Eligibility: Clients must be at least 18 years old. Minors may only participate with explicit parental or legal guardian consent.
  • Agreement Acceptance: By proceeding with the booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted the full Service Agreement (please refer to the service agreement page).
  • No Guaranteed Results: No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed. The client remains fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.
  • Right to Refuse Service: The coach reserves the right to decline or discontinue services in cases of professional incompatibility or ethical concerns, in order to maintain the integrity of the coaching process.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

Below is the cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you cancel or reschedule outside of the specified timeframes, no fee will apply. However, if you cancel or reschedule within the timeframes below, an additional penalty will be charged.
  • Not Show up in the meeting: 100%
  • Penalty for Late Cancellation (1 to 3 Hours Remain Before the Meeting): 50%
  • Penalty for Late Cancellation (3 to 6 Hours Remain Before the Meeting): 30%
  • Penalty for Late Cancellation (6 to 11 Hours Remain Before the Meeting): 20%

Refund Policy (Retained Value)

For products consisting of multiple sessions, if any session has been used, it will be charged at the full rate of 79.00 €. Any remaining unused sessions, including a single unused session, will be refunded after deducting a 4% payment provider fee, calculated on the total original payment amount.
