Who does the client pay?

Two different routes, and the money moves differently on each. Your contract states the same terms as this page.

Clients you bring

They pay you. We invoice our share.

  • Your client pays you directly, on your own terms.
  • Once a month we send you an invoice for our share — which is nothing at all while you are listed in the directory.
  • Leave the directory and our share becomes the capped percentage on your plan card.
Nothing passes through us, so there is no payment fee on this route.
Clients we bring

They pay us. We pass the rest to you.

  • A client who found you in our directory pays us at the time of booking.
  • We keep our share and the payment fee, and pay you the rest on your payout cycle.
  • Our share on this route, counted per client: with a plan 20% of sessions 1–8, 15% of sessions 9–15 and 10% from session 16; without a plan 30%, 25% and 20%.
This is the one number the page never glosses, and the one a therapist will ask first.

Is the free trial really free?

Yes. 30 days, no card. If you do nothing at the end, your records stay open and you can choose a plan whenever you are ready; new bookings wait until you do.

When exactly do you take a percentage?

On your own clients, only while you are not listed in the directory, and never more than the monthly cap on your plan. On clients we bring you, a share of each client's first sessions that falls as they stay. The cards and the table above give every number.

What happens if I go over five practitioners on Clinic?

Each practitioner after the fifth is £19 a month, one flat rate. Nothing else changes.

Can I move between plans?

Yes. Choose another plan from your account; it starts when the billing period you have paid for ends, so you never pay twice for the same days.

Where is my clients' data kept?

In your own workspace on our hosted service, with an access log on every record. If you need the data on your own server, that is a separate self-hosted offer rather than one of these plans.
