The Golden Years — Sexuality and Intimacy After 60 is designed for individuals who want to explore and nurture sexuality, intimacy, and pleasure in later life.

Sexuality continues to evolve throughout life. Aging can bring physical, relational, and emotional changes that influence desire, body confidence, and intimacy. This program offers a respectful and supportive space to explore sexuality beyond the myths surrounding aging.

Clients are guided in reconnecting with their bodies, redefining intimacy, and cultivating pleasure in ways that feel meaningful and fulfilling at this stage of life.

Licensed Psychologist (Graduada en Psicología): Conferred by the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya	with a specialized mention in Health Psychology (Psicología de la Salud).
Master’s Degree in Clinical Sexology and Couple Therapy: Advanced postgraduate specialization focusing on clinical assessment and relational interventions.
Certificate in Therapeutic Yoga and Yoga Therapy Teaching.
